The Rocky Point Lions Club Scholarship Foundation offers awards based on
financial need, academic performance and service to school and/or
community. The scholarship foundation searches for students who have
achieved in some special way. Since 1990, $156,000 of scholarship assistance
has been awarded to sixty-two students from our local high schools.

The Club's Scholarship and Community Improvement Foundation, inc. is a permanent auxiliary of the Club.  The Foundation has received tax exempt status from he I.R.S. and donations are tax deductible as allowed by I.R.S. regulation.  the m embers of the Rocky Point Lions Club are members of the Foundation, with club officers and directors holding the corresponding position with the Foundation.
